The St. Patrick's Day Parade should be held on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 12 pm. See the parade's website here for the latest updates.
The Parade will start at Burroughs Community, 2470 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport (corner of Fairfield Avenue and Ellsworth Street) and travels down Fairfield Avenue to The Castle, Black Rock, 3171 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport (corner of Courtland Avenue)
The annual Bridgeport St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place through downtown Bridgeport, Connecticut. The parade celebrates Irish culture, heritage, and community, and is a way to support the Irish Cultural Society. The parade includes bagpipe and pipe bands from the region, as well as local schools. It's recommended to bring kids and families to the parade

If it is a cold day, bring a warm hat, warm gloves, and warm shoes. For a sunny day, you’ll want to bring sunglasses, suntan lotion, and a hat. The parade goes on rain, shine or snow. And of course, it is traditional to be dressed in GREEN (or orange or white – colors of the Irish flag)!
Mass transit is a great way to get in and out to see the parade.
